Infosys Off Campus Drive 2023 Job Description
Eligibility Criteria:
- Good communication skills are necessary for this role.
- Flexibility to work night shifts is required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Antivirus software, Imaging tools, and Patch Management solutions is essential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support at the L1 Service Desk level, handling both voice and chat communication channels.
- Strong communication skills are required to effectively address and resolve client issues through phone calls, chat, and email.
- Flexibility in working different shift timings is necessary, along with the ability to collaborate with teams in various geographical locations.
- Serve European clients located at a WFO/WF client site in Bellandur, Bangalore.
- Work on a 24/7 weekly shift roster, with experience in handling international calls and a 6-day working schedule.
- Troubleshoot various issues, including VPN connectivity, Blue Screen of Death (BSOD), BitLocker encryption, MS Teams, password resets, Active Directory, printers, Outlook and webmail configurations, add-ins, PST files, Daylight Saving Time (DST), BIOS, drivers, and software installations.
- Utilize the ping command to diagnose network connectivity.
- Understand the difference between service requests and incidents.
- Have knowledge of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and the metrics involved in handling them.
